I have the kind of metabolism that REQUIRES food within the first hour after awakening or I get faint, so I make breakfast a priority, but quick-to-make breakfasts are still important so I have time to eat at a reasonable pace and still get all my morning stuff done. My summer favorite is <a href="http://articles.earthlingshandbook.org/2007/08/15/tomato-toast/" rel="nofollow">Tomato Toast</a>. In the winter, I like to stick some frozen berries in the microwave, then put plain yogurt and a little granola on top; yogurt is great for keeping me full until lunch.
